How To Collect Leads Using LeadQuizzes 3?
Want to collect contact information from your content and associate it with a person or email? Than form fields is where you want to be.
When you create a piece of content, whether a quiz, survey, form, questionnaire or something else you probably want to collect the information of the person who sees and goes through it so you can follow up.
To do this you will want to add a Form Field block to your piece of content.
With this block you can collect first name, last name, email, phone number or anything else you can imagine with our short and long answer forms. You can break the form fields up throughout your quiz or ask them all in one block.
To use this element block simply click on Form Fields under Content Elements on the left side and drag it to the Content Elements box on the right side.
You then have the ability to add the different Form Builder elements that you would like.
To add an element to your form just click on the element and drag it to the appropriate location in the form.
There is the Form Header, which will be used to describe the form field.
Here you can add an image or video by clicking Select Media, a Title, or a Description.
***NOTE: You are required to add at least a title***
There are the individual Form Fields, which include, First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Long answer and Short answer.
For Short answer and Long answer you have the ability to choose the type of input you would like, Text, or Number
You can use Short answers and Long answers to collect additional information such as:
- Zipcode
- State
- Country
- Best time to call
- Age
- Company name
- Number of employees
- And more!
You can add as many of the form fields as you like to one form, or break up the data collection to multiple form fields throughout your content if you would like.
And finally, there is the Button Label, which will be the text on the button that takes your respondents to the next section of your piece of content (or shows them a thank you page or result of your choosing).
Whenever you use the Form Fields block you are required to add a Form Header, at least 1 Form Field, and a Button Label.
Once you have all the pieces of your form created, click Save.
