It's not accepting my email address
If you get a message that says "The email address/password entered is invalid", it is for one of the following reasons:
- You have a typo in your email address
- You signed up with another email
- You typed in the wrong password
To find out the issue and get a password reset, click on the Forgot Password? link. Type in your email address and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don't see the email check your Spam folder. If it's not there, you probably signed up with a different email address. If this happens just send an email to [email protected] to contact our Support team and we can assist with getting you back in!
It's not working from my mobile device
At this time the LeadQuizzes builder isn't designed for mobile or tablet use. Login from a desktop or laptop computer and it should work!
