Turn your quiz results into automated marketing power. By connecting LeadQuizzes to ActiveCampaign, you can automatically create contacts, map detailed profile information, and trigger advanced automation sequences using custom tags.
Step 1: Connect ActiveCampaign to Your Content
Open your quiz in the Content Builder and navigate to the Configure tab.
Select Native Integrations from the sidebar and click Add Integration.
Choose ActiveCampaign from the list and select the specific List you want your leads to join.
Step 2: Map Your Form Fields
To ensure ActiveCampaign organizes your data correctly, map your LeadQuizzes fields to your ActiveCampaign fields:
Required Field: Map the Email Address (ActiveCampaign’s primary identifier).
Profile Details: Map First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Company.
Custom Data: You can map additional form fields or quiz answers to your ActiveCampaign custom fields for deeper segmentation.
Step 3: Automated Tagging for Workflows
Use quiz results to trigger your ActiveCampaign automations:
In the integration settings, go to the Tags/Results section.
Map specific Tags to each Result (e.g., Result 1 → "High Intent").
When a lead finishes the quiz, the corresponding tag is instantly applied, allowing you to trigger "Welcome" or "Nurture" sequences in ActiveCampaign.
Step 4: Automatic Contact Updates
LeadQuizzes ensures your CRM data stays fresh. If an existing contact takes your quiz again:
Real-Time Refresh: Their profile information (Name, Company, Phone) will be automatically updated in ActiveCampaign.
Tag Accumulation: New tags from the latest quiz result will be added to their profile, helping you track their journey and interests over time.
Note: Always remember to click Save and then Publish your content to ensure the integration is active for live traffic.
