How to Sync Lead Data with GetResponse

Connect LeadQuizzes to GetResponse to automatically grow your contact lists and trigger targeted email campaigns. This guide walks you through connecting your account, mapping custom fields (like Company and Name), and using automated tagging to segment your leads.

Step 1: Connect GetResponse to Your Content

  1. Open your quiz in the Content Builder and navigate to the Configure tab.

  2. Select Native Integrations from the sidebar and click Add Integration.

  3. Choose GetResponse from the list and select the specific GetResponse Campaign/List where your leads should be sent.

Step 2: Map Your Fields

To ensure your data is organized in GetResponse, map your LeadQuizzes form fields to your GetResponse custom fields:

  • Required Fields: Map your Email Address and Name (First and Last).

  • Company & Custom Data: Map additional data points like Company Name to the corresponding fields in your GetResponse account.

Step 3: Automated Tagging for Segmentation

Segment your leads the moment they finish your quiz by applying GetResponse tags:

  • In the integration settings, navigate to the Tags/Results section.

  • Assign a specific Tag (e.g., "Result 1" or "Hot Prospect") to each quiz outcome.

  • When a lead completes the quiz, GetResponse will instantly apply the tag to their profile.

Step 4: Continuous Contact Updates

LeadQuizzes ensures your GetResponse database is always up-to-date. If an existing contact takes your quiz again:

  • Real-Time Refresh: Their profile details (like Name or Company) will be automatically updated with the latest information.

  • New Tags Applied: Any new tags associated with their quiz results will be added to their profile, allowing you to track their current interests.

Note: Be sure to click Save and Publish your content to make the integration live.
