Connect LeadQuizzes to Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to seamlessly grow your audience and trigger automated email sequences. This guide explains how to link your accounts, map lead data, and use tagging to segment your subscribers based on their quiz results.
Step 1: Connect Kit to Your Content
Open your quiz in the Content Builder and navigate to the Configure tab.
Select Native Integrations from the sidebar and click Add Integration.
Choose ConvertKit (Kit) from the list and authorize your account.
Select the specific Sequence or Form from your Kit account where you want your leads to be sent.
Step 2: Map Your Form Fields
Ensure your subscriber data is organized by mapping your LeadQuizzes fields to Kit:
Required Fields: Map your Email Address and First Name.
Optional Mapping: You can map additional fields like Last Name and Phone Number to custom fields within your Kit profile.
Step 3: Automated Tagging for Segmentation
Segment your subscribers the moment they finish your quiz by applying tags:
In the integration settings, find the Tags/Results mapping section.
Assign a specific Kit Tag to each LeadQuizzes Result. When a lead completes the quiz, Kit will instantly apply that tag to their profile, allowing you to trigger targeted follow-up sequences.
Step 4: Keeping Contacts Up-to-Date
LeadQuizzes ensures your Kit database remains accurate. If an existing subscriber takes your quiz again:
Automatic Updates: Their profile details (like First Name or Phone Number) will be updated with the latest information.
Tag Refresh: If the lead receives a different quiz result, the new tag will be applied, ensuring their current interests are captured.
Important: Always click Save and then Publish your content to ensure the integration is live for your visitors
