The Cancellation Process

  • Log in and click on Settings in the top right-hand corner. Select Billing Details from the dropdown menu.

  • Click the Cancel My Subscription button.

  • Complete the brief questionnaire. We value your feedback—your candid responses go directly to our product team to help us improve the tool for marketers worldwide.

  • To finalize the process, type the word "Cancel" in the provided text box and confirm your choice.

Your cancellation is not immediate. You will maintain full access to your account, and your quizzes will stay live, until the end of your current billing cycle. We highly recommend using this remaining time to export your lead data for your records. We securely save your quiz builds in our database. If you decide to return in the future, you won't have to start from scratch!

  • Renewals are non-refundable. As a SaaS platform, we allocate server resources and provide continuous access to your leads and data the moment a new billing cycle starts.

  • We send reminder emails before annual renewals. To avoid a charge, please cancel at least 15 days prior to your renewal date via your Account Settings.

  • Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for payments already processed. You will retain access to your account features until the end of your current paid period.
