Step-by-Step Instructions
From your LeadQuizzes dashboard, click on the specific quiz you wish to analyze.
Click the Reports tab at the top of the builder and select Insights from the top menu.
Important: You must select a date range (e.g., March 1st to May 31st) to populate the data. Without this, your dashboard will appear empty.
Views: See how many total people landed on your quiz.
Starts: See how many people actually answered the first question.
Scroll down to see the "Viewed" vs. "Answered" count for every individual question.
Look for questions with high drop-off rates. If many people view a question but don't answer it, that is your cue to optimize!
Note:
If a question has a high drop-off rate, it may be too difficult or confusing. Reword it to keep users engaged.
If everyone picks the same answer, the question might be too easy. Use this data to refine your content.
Use the Insights tab as a recurring tool to turn raw data into a growth strategy for your business.
