In your quiz builder, go to the Configuration tab. Scroll to Set Privacy Policy and enter your display text and the destination URL. Click Save.

Edit your Cover Page, toggle Show Privacy Policy to Yes, and save.

Edit your Form Fields, toggle Show Privacy Policy to Yes, and save.

Ensure these elements are present in your quiz; the policy will only appear where the toggle is active.
