Managing the "Lead Email" Identifier

Configure your form fields to ensure your data is "anchored" correctly for accurate reporting and seamless CRM integrations.

In LeadQuizzes, the Lead Email is the primary unique identifier. It acts as the "anchor" that connects every user response to their contact profile.

  • When you add a Form Field element, the first email field is automatically set as the Lead Email by default.

  • If you need to collect multiple email addresses (like "Work Email" and "Personal Email"), simply add a second email field.

  • To change which email acts as the unique anchor, open the field settings and toggle "Make this field the lead email field" to ON.

  • Once saved, the "Lead Email" label will shift to the new field. This field is now the primary ID for your reports and CRM syncing.
