If you are having trouble accessing the LeadQuizzes builder, it is usually due to one of three common issues: credential typos, browser cache conflicts, or forgotten passwords. Follow these steps in order to get back to building.
Check for Typos
Before anything else, ensure that your email address and password are typed correctly. Watch out for:
Accidental spaces at the end of your email.
The "Caps Lock" key being active.
Hidden characters in copied/pasted passwords.
Use an Incognito Window
Old browser data (cache and cookies) can sometimes cause a "login loop" where the page simply refreshes.
Open a new Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Safari/Firefox) window.
Go to LeadQuizzes.com and try to log in again.
If this works, you likely need to clear your main browser's cache.
Reset Your Password
If you still cannot gain access, use our automated recovery system:
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox (and Spam folder) for the reset link and follow the prompts.
