While multiple-choice questions limit a user to one answer, Checkbox questions allow your leads to select all options that apply to them. This provides "rich data"βa cluster of insights that tells you exactly what a lead needs, allowing for hyper-personalized follow-up.
How to Set Up Your Checkbox Field
In the builder, go to the Form Fields section on the left sidebar.
Move the Checkbox element into your main quiz flow (Content Elements).
Use broad, inclusive language (e.g., "Which of these areas do you want to improve?").
Enter your choices (e.g., Time Management, Budget, Team Growth). You can add or remove options using the buttons provided.
Toggle "Required" to On if this data is essential for your sales team's lead qualification process.
Note: Checkboxes are powerful, but don't overdo it. Limit yourself to one or two checkbox questions per quiz. Providing too many lists can overwhelm the user and cause them to drop off before finishing the quiz.
