Setting Up Real-Time Lead Notifications

To enable instant email alerts for new lead submissions, facilitating rapid follow-up and higher conversion rates.

Capturing a lead is only the first step. For high-ticket offers and time-sensitive services, the speed of your follow-up determines whether you close the sale or the lead "bounces" to a competitor. Email notifications ensure you are alerted the moment a "hot" lead finishes your quiz.

How to Configure Alerts

  • From within the Quiz Builder, navigate to the Configuration tab in the top navigation bar.

  • Click on Email Notifications in the left-hand sidebar.

  • Input the email address that should receive the lead data.

  • To notify multiple people (such as a sales team), use the Add Multiple feature.

  • Once saved, the system will automatically trigger a detailed email alert to all recipients upon every quiz completion.

You can temporarily disable alerts without deleting your setup by using the status toggle. You can also remove or add new email addresses as your team grows or changes.

Note:ย Research shows that following up within 5 minutes increases your chances of conversion significantly. Use these notifications to trigger an immediate personal outreach while your brand is still top-of-mind for the user.
