We provide three layers of support to ensure you never stay stuck for long. Whether you need an instant answer at 2:00 AM or a deep dive with a human expert, here is how to reach us.

AI Chatbot (Instant Support)

Available 24/7 via the LQ Icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard. Our AI is trained on all our documentation and can provide instant answers to questions regarding:

  • Account Settings & Billing

  • Skip Logic & Quiz Branching

  • Integrations (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Keap, etc.)

Live Agent Support

If the AI cannot resolve your issue, you can request a human agent.

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • If we are offline, leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours.

To get your issue fixed in the very first reply, please include these details in your message:

  • Account Email: The email used to log in.

  • Quiz Name: The title of the specific quiz you are working on.

  • The Issue: A brief description of what is happening.

  • Visual Evidence: A screenshot or a short Loom video showing the problem.
