Integrating HubSpot with LeadQuizzes

Capturing a lead is the first step; getting that data into your CRM without lifting a finger is where the growth happens. By integrating LeadQuizzes with HubSpot, you ensure that every contact is created instantly, allowing your sales team or automated workflows to take over immediately.

How to Set Up the Integration

  • In your LeadQuizzes dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations. Find HubSpot, click Setup, and choose Connect and Authorize.

  • You will be redirected to a secure HubSpot login page. Sign in, select the specific HubSpot account you want to use, and grant permission for the platforms to communicate.

  • Return to your dashboard and open the quiz you want to sync.

  • Go to the Configure tab and select Native Integration. Click Add Integration and select HubSpot.

  • Match your quiz fields (like Name, Email, and Custom Answers) to your existing HubSpot Contact Properties.

  • Click Save. Your leads will now flow directly into HubSpot the second they are captured.

When leads flow directly into your CRM, you can trigger HubSpot "Workflows" or "Sequences" based on specific quiz results. This ensures your brand follows up while the lead is still on your website.

Note:Stop wasting time with CSV exports. Automated lead flow means no more missed leads and much higher data accuracy for your sales team.
