Understanding Response Limits & Usage

Every LeadQuizzes plan is designed to scale with your business. Depending on your subscription, you have a monthly response limit that resets every billing cycle. Monitoring this usage ensures your campaigns run smoothly without unexpected costs.

Plan Limits Overview

  • Startup: 100 responses/month

  • Standard: 2,500 responses/month

  • Pro: 5,000 responses/month

  • Premium: 15,000 responses/month

How to Check Your Usage

  • From your dashboard, click the Settings gear icon.

  • Select the Billing Details tab.

  • Under the Usage section, you can see your total responses for the current billing month.

  • This count includes responses from all active quizzes.

LeadQuizzes will never stop capturing leads for you. If you exceed your limit, the system automatically adds small overage bundles to your account so your lead flow remains uninterrupted.

Note: If you find yourself at 80% usage with more than a week left in your billing cycle, it is usually more cost-effective to upgrade temporarily to a higher plan tier. This prevents multiple overage charges and gives you a higher ceiling for your campaign.
