While LeadQuizzes provides powerful in-app analytics, sometimes you need your data in a spreadsheet for advanced segmentation, client reporting, or manual imports into your sales tools. Your data is always yours to download at any time.
How to Export Your Leads
From your dashboard, click Reports next to your specific quiz.
Navigate to the Responses tab and select the date range you need.
Click Select All, then hit the Export button.
Enter your email address. You will receive a secure link to download your CSV file within minutes.
Your CSV file is comprehensive. It includes:
Lead Details: Names, emails, and any custom form fields.
Quiz Behavior: Every answer selected for every question.
Outcomes: The specific result each user received.
Time Stamps: Exactly when the quiz was completed.
Note: If you are doing weekly reporting for a client, filter your date range before hitting export. This keeps your spreadsheets clean and saves you time on manual formatting in Excel or Google Sheets.
