Outcome mapping is the "brain" of your quiz. It tells LeadQuizzes which result to show based on the answers your visitor selects. By using our drag-and-drop interface, you can create a tailored experience that feels like a 1-on-1 consultation.
The Mapping Process
Open the Mapping Tool: After creating your questions and results, go to the Content tab. Click the Mapping icon on the right side of any question.
Drag & Drop: Simply click an answer choice on the left and drag it to the result you want it to point to on the right.
One-to-Many: You can map a single answer to multiple results if it fits more than one category.
Frequency Logic: The result with the most "mapped matches" at the end of the quiz is the one the visitor will see.
Note: The more answers you map to a specific result throughout your quiz, the higher the "weight" that result carries. If you want a result to be truly personalized, ensure your questions are specific enough to distinguish one outcome from another.
