The logic you choose determines how LeadQuizzes calculates the final screen your visitor sees. Whether you are grading a student or recommending a skincare routine, choosing the right logic is essential for accuracy.

Outcome Logic (Pattern Matching)

Outcome logic works via mapping. You connect specific answers to specific results.

  • Best for: Personality quizzes, product recommendations, and "Which [Type] are you?" scenarios.

  • How it works: You physically drag and drop answers to the results they represent. If a user picks mostly "Beach" answers, they get the "Beach Vacation" result.

Scoring Logic (Point Tallying)

Scoring logic assigns a numerical value to every answer and tallies them up for a total score.

  • Best for: Assessments, skill tests, and knowledge quizzes.

  • How it works: You assign points (e.g., Yes = 10, No = 0). You then set "Score Ranges" for your results:

    • 0-33: Needs Improvement

    • 34-65: Average

    • 66-100: Expert

Note: Use Outcome Logic when answers indicate preferences or personality.

Use Scoring Logic when measuring knowledge or skill level.
