Human beings process images 60,000 times faster than text. By using images for your answer choices, you reduce "decision fatigue" for your visitors. According to our data, quizzes that use image-based answers see 40% higher completion rates than text-only quizzes.

Whether you are helping a customer choose a product or helping them discover their personality type, visuals make the experience fun and professional.

Adding the Image in Image Question Type

  • Inside the LeadQuizzes builder, drag and drop the Image Question element into your quiz flow.

  • Click the "+" icon to add the number of choices you need for your question.

  • Click the Add Image icon located directly next to each answer choice.

  • Select a high-quality file from your computer and click Open.

  • Once the image is uploaded, use the built-in Cropping Tool to center your subject.

Note:

Ensure all your images have a similar "feel." If one image is a close-up and the next is a wide shot, the quiz can look cluttered. Keep your style consistent!

Product vs. Lifestyle

To get the best results, match your image style to your quiz goal:

  • For E-commerce/Product Quizzes: Use clean, high-resolution Product Photos. If you are helping someone find the right supplement or apparel, let them see exactly what they are choosing.

  • For Personality/Service Quizzes: Use Lifestyle Images. These are aspirational photos that evoke an emotion or represent a specific "vibe" (e.g., a person relaxing at a spa vs. someone working out).

Note:

Avoid Text-Heavy Images Do not use images that have a lot of small text inside them. On a mobile device, these images will shrink, making the text unreadable. Keep your images "clean" and put the necessary text in the Answer Label field instead.

  • High Resolution is a Must: Blurry images build distrust. Always use clear, professional-grade photos.

  • Consistent Sizing: Even with our cropping tool, try to start with images that have similar dimensions to ensure the final result is perfectly symmetrical.
