Thank your responders

The best way to thank your responders is with a custom thank you page!

When someone fills out your survey or registers for an event what should you do? 

Thank them of course! 

Now whenever you create a piece of content in LeadQuizzes a generic thank you page will show at the end thanking them for their submission. 

You can turn this off and use your own custom thank you page by utilizing the Results section of the Content Builder.

Below are steps to do this: 

***NOTE: To display a custom thank you page you just need to make sure that your content includes at least 1 Text or Image Question. ***

1. To show a custom thank you page you need to add a Result to your content piece. This can be in the form of the Results Builder (like in our example below), or you can use the URL Redirect to send them to a thank you page on your side. To add this element to your piece of content simply click on the appropriate Result block on the left and drag it to the Results block on the right. This fill in the appropriate information. 

2. To ensure that your responders get this thank you or Results page you need to go back to the question that you added in the Content Elements block and click on the little map icon, as shown below. 

3. Once there you need to drag all of the answers on the left to the result on the right. You can do this by clicking on the answer on the left and dragging it to the result on the right. By doing this you are telling LeadQuizzes that if someone answers that question with that answer then show them that result that you created at the end. 

Remember if you do not do this then your responders will see a generic thank you page, which can work, but I highly recommend giving them a customized response :)
