Multiple Results
Multiple Results in LeadQuizzes
This guide walks you through using the Multiple Results feature in LeadQuizzes, allowing you to set up quizzes with grouped questions that deliver results based on specific groups. This feature supports both Outcome Logic and Scoring Logic quizzes and works whether you build your quiz manually or through the LeadQuizzes AI Content Builder.
Step 1: Add Quiz Questions and Assign Groups
1. Go to the Build tab in your LeadQuizzes dashboard and add your quiz questions.
2. Each question now includes a Group drop-down field. By default, all questions are assigned to Group 1. Use the drop-down to assign questions to different groups as needed.
Note: When you add a new question (only Text or Image question) then a new group is created to the dropdown to match the number of those questions that exist. Not every group needs to have a question assigned.
You can delete a question by clicking the trash bin icon next to it.
Note: A question can only be deleted if:
· It is the only question in its group and the group has no results assigned.
· There is a group that does not contain questions and results.
Deleting a question will also allow you to delete the group if it becomes empty. This will adjust the numbering of other groups accordingly.
Step 2: Add and Assign Results to Groups
1. Under the Results tab, create each result using the result builder. Each result also has a Group drop-down, allowing you to assign it to a specific group.
2. For quizzes using Outcome Logic, map answers in questions to results within the same group. Respondents will receive a result based on the outcome with the highest number of selected answers in that group.
Note: When moving questions or results between groups, check your answer mappings. Changing the result group will delete any existing mappings since the result will no longer correspond to that question's group.
3. For quizzes created with Scoring Logic, you can change the Group to which the Result belongs if the range of the Result's scores does not overlap with other result scores from the same group.
4. While editing a result in Scoring Logic, you can adjust both the group assignment and the score range. A table will display the available score ranges in the selected group, sorted from lowest to highest for easier management. The result being edited will be marked as “Current Result” in the table, making it clear which score range is being modified.
Note: If a result’s score range overlaps with another result in the same group, the system will block the save action to prevent conflicts.
5 . For the final result page:
· If all questions belong to the same group, only one result will be displayed on the final result page without any tabs.
· If questions are divided across multiple groups and mapped to multiple results, results from each group will be displayed together on a single page in tabs.
