How Can I See an Overview of How My Quiz is Performing?

Learn to use our overview reporting capabilities with this help documentation.


Looking to see an overview of how people interact with your LeadQuizzes? Follow the steps below:

  1. Before accessing advanced reporting, you need to have a published LeadQuizzes quiz in your account that has at least one view. To check if your quiz has any traffic, log in to your account and look at the "Dashboard," selecting the quiz you want to view.

2. Once you've confirmed that your quiz has traffic, click on the three dots next to it and select "Reports."

3. You will be taken to the "Reports" dashboard, where you can view your "Insights Report" as well as "Respondent Report and Overview."

4. Click on the "Overview" tab at the top to see an overview of how your quiz performed

5. On this page, you can adjust the date range for your analysis.

Use the dropdown to select a range, such as the last 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.

You can also select the period type: daily, weekly, or monthly.

  1. Under "Overview," you will see a graph showing the views, responses, leads generated, engagement, and completion rate of your quiz for the selected date range and period type.


    Views: These are the individuals who see the start page of your quiz.

    Responses: Anyone who answers a question on your quiz or clicks to start the quiz is counted as a response.

    Leads: Individuals who fill out the form with their email address are considered leads.

    Engagements: This refers to any interaction a user has with your quiz, such as answering questions or submitting forms.

    Completion Rate: This is the percentage of those who started the quiz compared to those who filled in the form or completed the quiz.

  1. You can select or deselect any of the insight options, and the graph will update accordingly.

  1. You can download your graph in PNG format by clicking the download arrow.

  1. You can choose to display your graph in either a line or bar chart by toggling the icons.

  1. You can refresh your settings by clicking the refresh icon.

  1. Under "Views," you will see a graph showing the unique and repeated views. "Views" refers to anyone who sees the first page of your quiz.


    Unique Views: This refers to the number of distinct individuals who see the first page of your quiz. If a user views the quiz twice, it will still be counted as one unique view.

    Repeated Views: This represents the total number of views, including multiple views by the same individual.

  1. Under "Responses," you will see a graph showing the unique and repeated responses. "Responses" refer to anyone who answers any question in your quiz or clicks "Start Quiz."


    Unique Responses: This refers to the number of distinct individuals who answer a question or click to start the quiz. If the same user completes the quiz multiple times, it will still be counted as only one unique response.

    Repeated Responses: This represents the total number of quiz responses, including multiple attempts by the same individual.

  1. Under "Leads," you will see a graph showing the leads generated for the selected period. A lead is anyone who submits their email address in the form within your quiz.

  • Under "Completion Rate," you will see a graph showing the completion rate, unfinished content, finished content, and started content. The completion rate is the percentage of people who started the quiz compared to those who finished it.


    Completion rate: The percentage of participants who completed your content out of those who started it.

    Unfinished content: The number of participants who began but did not finish the content.

    Finished content: The number of participants who completed the content after starting it.

    Started content: The total number of participants who initiated the content.

  1. Under "Engagements," you will see a graph showing the clicks and submissions. "Engagements" refers to anyone who interacts with your quiz in any way, either by answering a question or by filling out and submitting a form.


    Clicks: The number of people who viewed your content.

    Submissions: The number of people who completed your content.
