How Can I View My Leads or LeadQuizzes Response?

NOTE: As of October 31st, 2018, we have advanced reporting. LeadQuizzes created prior to this date will not have advanced reporting data. It’s best to set your start date to October 31st or later.
Looking to see how people interact with your LeadQuizzes, including the breakdown of answers given and how many people start and finish? Follow the steps below:
- Before accessing advanced reporting, you need to have a published LeadQuizzes quiz in your account that has at least one view. To check if your quiz has any traffic, log in to your account and look at the "Dashboard," selecting the quiz you want to view.
2. Once you've confirmed that your quiz has traffic, click on the three dots next to it and select "Reports."
3. You will be taken to the "Reports" dashboard, where you can view your "Insights Report" as well as "Respondent Report and Overview."
4. Click on the "Responses" tab at the top to see a detailed breakdown of how each respondent answered your quiz.
5. On this page, you can adjust the date range for your analysis.
Use the dropdown to select a range, such as the last 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
6. You will see a preview of your respondents, along with the date and time they responded. You can also view how they answered each question.
7. If a respondent didn’t provide an email address or didn’t finish your quiz, they will appear as "unknown." However, you can still view the answers they selected and how they interacted with your quiz.
8. You can use the search bar to look for a specific respondent.
9. To export all respondent data, click the "Export all" tab and follow the instructions in the popup.
10. On the response page, you can use the checkbox to select one, multiple, or all respondents to export or delete their data.
